Earthsutra initially focuses on delivery in its local and nearby serviceable regions, particularly across areas of Northwestern India such as Punjab, Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and nearby regions.
Earthsutra may also accept online orders from other parts of India on a pan-India basis, subject to product availability, PIN-code serviceability, logistics coverage, and operational feasibility.
Orders may be shipped through our logistics partners, including Shiprocket and DTDC.
Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the website or communicated to customers are indicative and may vary due to weather, transportation conditions, regional restrictions, public holidays, logistics delays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
